Hot Chicken Pepper Soup

We always want to eat for the season. Soups provide something the body craves in cold weather. Here presenting the simple hot chicken pepper soup which is good for heart. My dad and my entire family loved this as it’s such a healthy one. It’s so simple to make and best for digestion because of the super qualities of pepper.Chicken pepper soup which is very good for cold,fever.Chicken pepper soup which is very simple to make and very delicious.As we used black pepper is a carminative, it discourages intestinal gas from forming.

 Ingredients:

  • Chicken – 1/2kg
  • Peppercorns – 2tsp
  • Garlic – 8 to 10
  • Funnel seeds – 1tsp
  • Mint – few
  • salt to taste

Methods:

  • First take the pepper and grind it in coarse form. Don’t powder.
  • In the cooker add chicken , pepper corns , garlic , mint leaves , funnel seeds ,salt and add enough water.
  • Cook this for upto 15 mins, and add again the pepper and water.Then cook it for upto 15 mins.
  • Now the delicious chicken soup is ready.
