Fried Seer Fish recipe


1. 1/2 tsp Aniseed powder

2. 1/4 tsp crushed or powdered Cloves

3. 1 tsp Chilli powder

4. 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

5. Salt and Pepper to taste

6. 1/2 tsp Coriander powder

7. Juice of one two limes

5. 500gr FRESH Seer Fish (about 3 or 4 fish steaks)

9. Oil to fry

Prawns Masala


This is one of my simple recipe for Prawns (Shrimp) Masala with zero oil. It goes great with any rice or rotis and can be quickly made with ease.
